Residential Cleaning Terms & Conditions
**Taylor’s Cleaning Plus Now Welcomes TCP Janitorial Services LLC Residential Clients**
General
Please note that specialty cleaning and/or services such as folding clothes, laundry, organizing etc., may be discussed with the individual cleaner, however, Taylor’s Cleaning Plus does not force any cleaner to do organizing, laundry or cooking unless said service(s) has been added and paid for at time of booking . Also note that Taylor's Cleaning Plus and TCP Janitorial Services LLC Does Not Participate In Gender (Male/Female) Preferences, Taylor's Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Services LLC will dispatch the individual that is assigned to the customers general area.
Promotions/Promotional Deal Vouchers
Taylor's Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Services LLC Non-Refundable promotional deal vouchers may be redeemed up to six (6) months from the time of the promotion(s) start date, (12 months on selected vouchers). Appointments/scheduling, however, for these promotional vouchers are filled on a First Come First Served Basis and Taylor's Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Services LLC makes NO guarantee that a specific date/time can/will be available for booking nor do Taylor's Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Services LLC guarantee that all cleaning will take up to or be finished by the ending time of your scheduled service. Only one cancellation/rescheduling allowed on any bookings booked using a promotional voucher providing that the customer has notified Taylor's Cleaning Plus at least 24 hours in advance of their originally scheduled service appointment time. If you purchase more then the allowable amount of promotional deal vouchers/coupons per household, Taylor's Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Cleaning LLC will only honor the allowable number of vouchers for your household. Any additional vouchers can be honored at a different location, given away as gift(s), or can be used for the same household as long as the remaining balance of a full priced service is paid (Ex. you purchased three $100.00 worth of service for $50.00 when only two promotional deal vouchers were allowable per household. Taylor's Cleaning Plus will honor two of your $50.00 vouchers, however, your third voucher redemption will have to be booked at regular price. Therefore you must pay an additional $50.00 to use your third voucher).
Animal Policy
Taylor's Cleaning Plus knows you love your pet and ask that all pet owner disclose this information to us when attempting to book a service. For reason such as allergies, phobias, etc. amongst cleaners, Taylor's Cleaning Plus must insist on using the information about your pet to dispatch the appropriate cleaner. When booking please list in the comment section (If booking online) or let a representative know if you have a pet or not and what kind of pet you have. Taylor's Cleaning Plus takes the health and concerns of cleaners very seriously and only want to dispatch the best possible candidate to provide its customers with the best possible service.
Furniture/High Places
Taylor's Cleaning Plus takes the health and concerns of cleaners very seriously and do not encourage cleaners to move large stationary, heavy objects, and/or any type of movable furniture. Taylor's Cleaning Plus suggest that if a customer want a particular area/location serviced behind said furniture, that these items be moved prior to the cleaner(s) arrival. Taylor's Cleaning Plus also do not encourage cleaners to reach beyond their capability, therefore the use of ladders, step stools, chairs to stand on etc. will not be used to clean unreachable areas. Extendable dusters/scrubbers are acceptable.
Use of Bleach
Due to a large number of concerns amongst cleaners, Taylor's Cleaning Plus refrains from using bleach as a cleaning aid.
Ceiling Fans/Blinds
Taylor's Cleaning Plus do not service ceiling fans or blinds.
Grace Period
Taylor's Cleaning Plus give a grace period of 15 minutes from the scheduled service start time. If the customer is unavailable and/or left no way for the cleaner to gain access to the facility in need of service, the cleaner will leave. Refund will be given MINUS A $25 NO ACCESS FEE. If in fact the cleaner shows up 15 minutes late, the cleaner (If needed) will stay 15 minutes later to fulfill time lost.
Limited Transportation Area Fee
If a customers service location is located somewhere where the use of public transportation, highways, car service(s) etc. is limited, Taylor's Cleaning Plus MAY at its sole discretion, decide to confirm/book your service request, however, with an additional limited transportation area fee. Taylor's Cleaning Plus needs to be sure that a cleaner can be dispatched to your area without taking longer then their allowable travel time, getting lost, and/or stranded in a location with limited transportation options.
Payment
A valid Credit or Debit card is required to secure any booking. Taylor's Cleaning Plus must have a Credit or debit card on file at least 24 hours before the official start time of your scheduled service appointment. Failure to supply a valid Credit or Debit card may result in the cancellation of your scheduled service appointment. Your Credit or Debit card will be charged for the full price of service 24 hours before your scheduled appointment start time, declined cards may result in the cancellation of your scheduled service appointment.
For individuals seeking to pay with cash and/or check on the day of a service appointment, he/she still must secure his/her service appointment with a valid Credit or Debit card at time of booking (A Taylor's Cleaning Plus customer service representative will contact you to collect Credit and/or Debit card information) Your card will not be charged unless the dispatched cleaner was unable to gain access to your facility at time of your service appointment in which case a $25 fee will be charged. Cash and/or check payments must be immediately rendered to the cleaner upon his/her arrival or service will not be performed.
If mailing a check, Please be in consideration of its arrival time so that Taylor's Cleaning Plus can receive your payment within at least 24 hours prior to your service appointment start time. Checks should be written for the full amount of service (Including gratuity if desired), made payable to Taylor's Cleaning Plus, and mailed to:

Taylor's Cleaning Plus currently accept the following forms of payment:

All accounts with a bounced/returned check will incur an additional $29 bounced/returned check fee which will be added to any unpaid balance. No future service(s) will be performed until all unpaid and/or overdue balances are paid in full.
Tips/Gratuities
Customary gratuity rate is 18-20% of the regular cost of service. Tips/gratuity can be given directly to the cleaner via cash, check (Made payable to cleaner or to Taylor's Cleaning Plus if cleaner has no affiliation with a bank), or money order (Made payable to cleaner), or added to your bill when paying for a service through Taylor's Cleaning Plus customer service. 100% of your gift goes directly to the cleaner(s). Taylor's Cleaning Plus does not take any portion of your gift to any cleaner.
Refunds/Disputes
Promotional vouchers/coupons: Non-refundable promotional deal coupons/vouchers are bound by Taylor’s Cleaning Plus Residential Terms and Conditions and coupon/voucher terms. Please note that your coupon/voucher will be forfeited if the terms of its use is misused and/or not follow correctly. ABSOLUTELY NO refund of any kind or rescheduling option(s) will be given by Taylor's Cleaning Plus to any Prepaid 50% or more off promotional deal voucher customer whom service was unable to be performed due to a customer no shows and/or cleaner(s) not being able to gain access to the facility scheduled for service.
Customer No Shows (Regularly priced non-promotional deal voucher service paid for at time of booking): If a cleaner show up to service your location and he/she was unable to gain access to your facility for any reason, Taylor's Cleaning Plus will refund the total cost of your service MINUS A $25 NO ACCESS FEE. Not applicable for prepaid promotional deal voucher customer bookings, promotional deal voucher customers please refer to the promotional voucher/coupon refund policy above.
Cash/Check (To be paid on arrival): If a cleaner shows up to service your location and he/she was unable to gain access to your facility for any reason, Taylor's Cleaning Plus will charge a $25 NO ACCESS FEE to the Credit or Debit card used to secure your service appointment. A pre-authorization hold in the amount of $25 will be placed on your card to assure funds. Once cleaner has arrived and was able to gain access to your facility the hold will be be released. If for any reason you fail to render payment to a cleaner in which service was performed, the total cost of service will be charged to the Credit or debit card used to secure your service appointment.
Unable to perform/Sick Cleaner/Etc.:
If Taylor's Cleaning Plus is unable to perform your scheduled appointment for any reason, all monies rendered to Taylor's Cleaning Plus will be refunded in full unless customer would like to be rescheduled for another available service date.
All Customers: Taylor's Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Service LLC will not refund any fees surrendered if at time of scheduled service the cleaner was unable to gain access to the location in need of service. If for any reason a residential customer is unsatisfied with any part of Taylor's Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Services LLC residential cleaning service, the customer must contact Taylor's Cleaning Plus Online Customer Service in writing via the “Contact Us” email submission page located on Taylor's Cleaning Plus main website www.taylorscleaningplus.com no later than 24 hours after the originally scheduled service to file a dispute. Once a dispute has been made, Taylor’s Cleaning Plus will investigate your claim and may or may not, at its sole discretion, issue a refund. Absolutely no residential service disputes will be taken over the phone NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you have purchased a block of services (For example, 6 cleanings) and are no longer interested in receiving service(s), or have been granted a refund due to a dispute, the following refund methods apply:
Block of Service; If you find that you are no longer interested in receiving service(s) you must request your refund in writing with Taylor’s Cleaning Plus Online Customer Service by visiting www.taylorscleaningplus.com and clicking on “Contact us.” Your refund will be prorated for services already rendered (For example, if you purchased a block of 6 cleaning and received 2, you will be refunded for the 4 remaining unused service appointments)
Full Price: If you paid in full, full price for a service and canceled it in the allowable time frame, and decided that you are no longer interested in receiving a service, your payment will be refunded in full.
Refunds Granted By Dispute: If you have been granted a refund due to the outcome of a dispute, you will be refunded in full the total price paid for service.
All refunds are issued by check and sent via the U. S Postal Service. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, absolutely no refund check can be re-issued (If applicable) before this time frame. A $3.00 administrative fee will be automatically taken from refund balance if Taylor's Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Services LLC have to re-issue a previously sent refund check.
Promotional Deal Coupon/Voucher Redemption, Booking, and Scheduling
All residential service bookings booked via promotional deal coupons/vouchers (First come, first served basis) must be booked online at Taylor’s Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Services LLC Residential cleaning self booking website www.tcpcleaning.clickbook.net. Simply visit the previously mentioned web address, click on “Residential Promotional Deal Booking,” pick an available date (Available dates are shaded in green, unavailable dates are shaded in gray), then view your booking information (Box 1 of booking submission page), review Taylor’s Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Services LLC Terms and Conditions (Box 2 of booking submission page), enter your voucher number and location in need of service in the “Comments” section (Box 3 of booking submission page), enter your personal information (Box 4 of booking submission page), and click submit. Even though customers have the convenience of booking online 24 hours a day 7 days a week, your attempted booking is not immediately confirmed. Your booking attempt will be tentative and will remain tentative until payment, voucher/coupon number(s), and the proper entering of customer self booking information (Name, telephone number, and ADDRESS (Including apartment numbers and zip), are verified. If all information given is verified correctly, an Email confirmation notification will be sent confirming your service booking. Taylor's Cleaning Plus/TCP Janitorial Services LLC confirms bookings Monday through Friday, 10AM to 4PM Eastern Standard Time. Coupon/voucher bookings are strictly on a first come first served availability basis. Absolutely no phone calls or emails pertaining to getting an earlier date, getting put on a waiting list, bumping someone else's booking for your own, etc., will not be considered for bookings made via promotional deal coupon/vouchers. Absolutely no promotional deal coupon/voucher residential cleaning bookings will be taken over the phone NO EXCEPTIONS.
Voucher Expiration
Also note that your service appointment does not have to take place before the expiration date listed on your promotional deal coupon/voucher. As long as you redeem your promotional deal coupon/voucher before its expiration date, your service appointment can be scheduled for any open available date before or after the vouchers expiration date. All service bookings placed after prepaid voucher expiration date must be purchased at regular rate. A service request will only be confirmed when the full price of service(s) have been paid. Taylor's Cleaning Plus will deduct the amount of any prepaid voucher from the regularly priced service rate.
Example: If you purchased $100.00 worth of service for a promotional rate of $50.00, received a voucher/coupon, and attempt to use it after its expiration date, a balance of $50.00 will be due in order to complete your service request.
Full Price/Non-Promotional Deal Coupon/Voucher, and Full Price Repeat Customer Booking
All full priced/repeat service customers may be book online by visiting Taylor’s Cleaning Plus main website www.taylorscleaningplus.com and clicking on “Contact us” Simply fill in the submission form with your desired date/time, payment method, and personal/contact information. You will be contacted by Taylor’s Cleaning Plus Online Customer Service notifying you of your date/time availability.
Abuse:
At no time shall a Taylor’s Cleaning Plus Cleaner, Maid, and/or Butler be degraded, physically, and/or verbally abused in any way. If such problem arises the cleaner is required to leave immediately and/or alert the proper authorities if necessary. In this case, all payments to Taylor’s Cleaning Plus will be forfeited NO EXCEPTIONS. Taylor’s Cleaning Plus take the health, safety, and concerns of its cleaners very seriously and will not tolerate miss treatment of them by any customer.
Cancellations:
Promotional Deal Coupon/Voucher: Bookings made via promotional deal coupon/voucher are only allowed one (1) cancellation/rescheduling per coupon/voucher. If you cancel your coupon/voucher service booking twice, your coupon/voucher will be considered forfeited. Cancellation must be received by Taylor’s Cleaning Plus no later than 24 hours before your service appointment(s) start time. All coupon/voucher booking cancellations must be done online by logging into www.tcpcleaning.clickbook.net and self canceling your booking.
All other bookings (Non-Coupon/voucher customers) simply visit Taylor’s Cleaning Plus main website www.taylorscleaningplus.com and click on “Contact us.” Bookings must be canceled no later than 24 hours before your service appointment(s) start time. Non-Coupon/voucher customers has no limit on the amount of cancellations. Payment(s) surrendered to Taylor’s Cleaning Plus (If applicable) will be rolled over to a future booking(s) if such future booking(s) has been scheduled (If no longer interested in receiving service, amount surrendered to Taylor‘s Cleaning Plus will be refunded in full providing that cancellation(s) was made within the allowable time frame). If cancelling an Service appointment after the allowable cancellation time frame and are seeking a refund because you are no longer interested in receiving a service, all monies render to Taylor's Cleaning Plus will be refunded in full minus $25 last minute cancellation fee.
Taylor’s Cleaning Plus reserves the right to cancel any service appointment without reason or explanation.
Inclement Weather
Taylor’s Cleaning Plus can not control uncontrollable acts of nature and may choose at anytime to cancel services due to such uncontrollable acts of nature. Taylor’s Cleaning Plus may choose to provide make up date in which a canceled service may be performed, however, if Taylor’s Cleaning Plus choose not to provide a make up date, any monies surrendered for services will be refunded (See refund policy for refund expectancy).
Taylor’s Cleaning Plus Reward Points Program
Taylor’s Cleaning Plus Reward Points Program is a loyalty program that offers Taylor’s Cleaning Plus repeat customers points for every service they book with Taylor’s Cleaning Plus. Points are redeemable for a variety of gift cards/items (Gift Cards/Items may be added/removed without notice). Taylor’s Cleaning Plus sends a Reward Points balance statement once per month to customers email. Earned points will be pending until service has been performed. All redeemed rewards are sent to the customers provided mailing address via The U.S Postal Service. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your reward. Taylor’s Cleaning Plus is not responsible for rewards that are lost, stolen, delivered to the wrong address, and/or damaged sustained through the U.S Postal Service.

Taylor’s Cleaning Plus can supply any one or more of the following additional fee based items/services:
(The cost of laundry machines (If applicable) must be supplied by customer). The fee(s) for any additional service MUST be paid at least 24 hours prior to your service appointment and MUST be paid via Taylor's Cleaning Plus telephone customer service.
Vacuum Cleaner (Add $18.00) (Must be paid at least 24 hours of appointment or vacuum will not be provided)
Oven Interior only (Add $20.00)
Refrigerator Interior only (Add $15.00) (Customer must remove their own food)
Interior oven + interior refrigerator together (Add $30)
Interior windows and window sills (Add $20.00)
Laundry (Add $10.00 PER LOAD + the cost of laundry machines. Taylor's Cleaning Plus do not supply laundry detergent)
Limited Transportation Area Fee (Add $20.00)
